Arlando Henderson Plans to Use Stolen Money to Fight His Case of Stealing Wells Fargo Money

Charlotte, NC — Arlando Henderson was recently arrested by federal authorities for stealing upwards of $88K from a Wells Fargo bank he was employed at so that he could fund his aspiring rap career and show off his newfound “wealth” on social media.

Henderson has been charged with two counts of financial institution fraud, 19 counts of theft, embezzlement, and misapplication, along with 12 counts of making false entries, which carry a maximum penalty of 30 years & a $1 million fine, per count.

It has been reported that Arlando Henderson has hired a federal public attorney to fight his case on his behalf, but insiders are claiming that Arlando Henderson plans on hiring another attorney and he plans on using unrecovered stolen Wells Fargo money to pay for this attorney.

A relative close to Arlando Henderson stated, “Arlando did a dumb thing indeed, but at least he was smart enough to put to the side at least $20K of the money in case he ran into some legal issues. So right now we are currently gathering up the $20K he put to the side that he stole from Wells Fargo to go hire him the best lawyer we can get so that he can beat his case.”
